All products in our Pietro Verde Collection come with a full manufacturers guarantee. In order to complete an offering to meet customers every requirement, our products are sourced globally and therefore the guarantee differs on each product. Please see information below for each product group or contact your chosen kitchen supplier for further information.
Sinks
All of our sinks are backed with a Lifetime Warranty against genuine material and manufacturing defects* (limited to first time owner, non-transferable, domestic use only). All damages should be reported within 48 hours from the proof of the end buyer's invoice. Damages reported at a later date will not be considered for collection or credit, except in extreme circumstances. Items that are reported as damaged, and have been fitted, will not be credited. All items should be inspected prior to installation.
Taps
All of our taps are backed with a 5 Year Warranty against material and manufacturing defects, 2 years on surface finish & valves* (limited to first time owner, non-transferable, domestic use only). All damages should be reported within 48 hours from the proof of the end buyer's invoice. Damages reported at a later date will not be considered for collection or credit, except in extreme circumstances. Items that are reported as damaged, and have been fitted, will not be credited. All items should be inspected prior to installation.
Hot Water Taps
All of our hot water taps are backed with a 5 Year Warranty against material and manufacturing defects* (applies to brass body only, excluding serviceable parts). All of our instant boiling water tanks are backed with a 2 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects* (excluding serviceable parts). *Limited to first time owner, non-transferable, domestic use only.
NB. Water filters should be replaced every 6 months. Proof of water filter purchase will be required or the warranty on the hot water tap and instant boiling water tank will be invalid.
